11th & Ferry Apartments
Eugene, OR
11th & Ferry is a purpose-built student housing project serving the students of University of Oregon in Eugene. It will include 65 units with a mix of one-bedroom lofts and studios. The project will broke ground in 2024 and will be open for occupancy in September 2025.
CHALETS @ SCHWEITZER
Sandpoint, ID
The Chalets @ Schweitzer is an 8-unit ski-in and ski-out development at Schweitzer Mountain Resort near Sandpoint, Idaho. Phase 1, first four units, was completed in January 2025 and sold out in October 2025. Phase 2 of these luxury 3-story townhomes are in construction and will be ready for move-in by new residents in November 2026.
Eastmark is managing all aspects of development; including land acquisition, entitlements, design, equity & debt sourcing, and construction management.
