Flats at Riverpoint
Spokane, WA
Flats at Riverpoint is a student and workforce housing development adjacent to Gonzaga University and the WSU Spokane Campus. The development consists of 119 one-bedroom and studio units. The project is scheduled to break ground in June of 2026 and open for occupancy in August 2027.
HAWTHORNE COMMONS APARTMENTS
Spokane, WA
Hawthorne Commons is a purpose-built student housing project serving the students of Whitworth University. It will include 90 units in 2 buildings with 204 total beds. The project is currently on hold.
